A NBC6 Forever Family adoption segment was filmed at Joe Picasso's, Las Olas Boulevard, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Steven Sylvester and a little girl made two small ballerina dresses of clay and fabric.
The little girl kept one and the other was raffled off at the opening event of Steven's art hosted by Joe Picasso's.
